Coaching and Educational Services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Capacity Code services are coaching and educational services and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Payments

Payments for certain Capacity Code services may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

Prices, payment schedules, refund policies, cancellation policies, and other terms applicable to a specific service may be provided at the time of booking or purchase.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS communications from Zenergy, LLC d/b/a Capacity Code, you agree to receive the categories of text messages for which you provided consent.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling communications, responses to inquiries, service-related updates, and, when you have separately consented to marketing communications, information regarding Capacity Code programs, services, events, or offers.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to 423-719-4093. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us through that messaging program. If you wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
