About Jenni
I've always been fascinated by what helps people truly change.
Not just for a week.
Not until life gets busy again.
But in ways that last.
Over the past fifteen years, that curiosity has led me through studying psychology, yoga, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, health coaching, relationship work, and graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Each discipline offered an important piece of the puzzle.
But none of them explained the whole picture. There needed to be an integration. A holistic approach that I didn't see anywhere else.
What I kept seeing- in my own life and in the lives of the people I worked with- was that incredibly capable people weren't struggling because they lacked motivation, discipline, or knowledge.
They were living beyond their capacity.
The more I studied the body, relationships, stress, and human behavior, the more everything pointed back to the same truth:
Feeling drained, overwhelmed or disconnected isn't our bodies failing us. Our nervous system isn't working against us.
It's constantly communicating with us, asking us to listen.
That understanding became the foundation for what I now call Capacity Code- a framework that helps people rebuild the internal capacity to navigate work, relationships, leadership, parenting, and life with greater steadiness and intention.
Today my work blends evidence-informed psychology, nervous system regulation, embodiment, relational skills, and practical coaching into an approach that's both deeply human and immediately applicable to everyday life.
Whether we're working together one-on-one, gathering in a workshop, or sharing a retreat experience, my goal is the same:
To help you leave with more capacity than you arrived with.
Not because your life became easier.
Because you became more available for it.

A few things I love
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me hiking a mountain, paddleboarding at sunrise, laughing with my daughter, traveling somewhere that stretches my perspective, or gathering people around meaningful conversations. I believe some of life's greatest healing happens through nature, community, movement, and moments that remind us what it feels like to be fully alive.
